1. The service
Pontis Prime provides software that turns a signed agreement into a self-executing Obligation. Pontis is non-custodial: it instructs regulated banking partners; it does not hold or move client funds itself.
2. Roles
The seller defines the Obligation; the buyer reviews, signs, and funds. Funds are held by a regulated partner under that partner's terms. Pontis records claims and authorises release when a condition is verified.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Pontis for unlawful transactions, sanctions evasion, or money laundering. KYB/KYC and sanctions screening gate signing and funding.
4. Liability
Pontis provides the execution layer 'as is' within the limits permitted by Swiss law. Settlement is performed by the partner; disputes follow the structured dispute process.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with jurisdiction in Geneva.
