Data we process

Identity and KYB/KYC data, obligation and settlement metadata, and audit events. Personal data is stored in the EU (eu-central-1).

Legal bases

We process data under contract, legal obligation (AML), and legitimate interest, recording consent per processing purpose.

Retention & erasure

Retention policies are enforced per entity. On a valid erasure request we null personal data while preserving hash-linked audit events (tombstone), so the integrity chain stays intact. Records under a legal-retention obligation are kept until that period lapses.
