Pontis Prime is building the conditional payment execution layer — turning signed agreements into self-executing Obligations under Swiss law.
We started Pontis in Geneva because two things meet here: a centuries-tested body of conditional-obligation law (the Swiss Code of Obligations) and one of the world's most mature, trusted banking ecosystems. That combination lets us do something that's otherwise very hard — make a payment release itself when, and only when, a contract's conditions are verifiably met, without ever taking custody of the money.
Our mission is to make conditional commerce as reliable as a wire transfer: as boring, as dependable, and as universal.
